"I would like to leave a review regarding the work of one of your insurance agents. I contacted you with the intention of lowering the cost of my car insurance, as I had been offered a more favorable price compared to my previous insurance provider. During the application process, everything appeared attractive: you confirmed that the policy would be cheaper, and the terms seemed to be no worse than what I had before. However, the final outcome turned out to be quite different. After the policy was issued and all the details were clarified, it became apparent that the actual cost of the insurance was higher than what I had been paying previously. Moreover, some of the terms proved to be less favorable than originally stated. I consider this approach to be unethical, as a client makes a decision based on the information provided to them. In my case, that information did not reflect reality. I would also like to note that contacting you to report this issue was difficult, which only served to further exacerbate the situation. I urge you to be more honest and transparent when informing clients about insurance costs and terms in order to avoid any misunderstandings. I hope you will take this feedback into account and improve the quality of your service."
