• 💼 Sell insurance products (incoming warm and new leads) • 📇 Work with an existing client base (2000+ contacts) and new incoming clients • 📢 Attract new clients • 🧾 Conduct consultations and recommend solutions • 🔍 Perform policy reviews • 🤝 Close deals and meet sales targets • 🔗 Build long-term client relationships

• 📈 Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth • ⚙️ Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues • 📚 Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads

📌 KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 📄 Candidates with a license are preferred. If you do not have a license, you must be willing to obtain one • 📑 License (preferred) Life and Health Insurance License or Property and Casualty License • 💵 Average income $5,000 – $10,000 • ⏰ Working hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time) • 🚫 Work visas are not provided • 📍 Must be physically located in the USA (any state except Florida) • 🛂 Must have valid work authorization in the U.S. • 🔓 Candidates without current appointments are welcome • 📈 Sales experience and willingness to actively sell
📊 Experience & Skills
• 🏆 Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred • 👥 Leadership and interpersonal skills • 📊 Proven track record of meeting sales targets • 🗣️ Willingness to engage in sales conversations
🌐 Languages (at least two required)
• 🇺🇸 English + Spanish

• 🌎 Must be physically located in the USA
🕐 Working Schedule
• ⏳ Full-time • 📅 Monday–Friday • ⏰ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time) • 💻 Fully remote
💰 Compensation
• 💵 $50,000 – $100,000 per year • 🚀 Top sales agents earn $10,000+ per month • 📈 High commission
